About our Groups and Business Travel Department

A substantial part of our operation is our specialised Groups and Business Travel department. We handle individual worldwide travel arrangements for many Business Customers, including ancillary services such as, visas, hotel bookings, car hire etc.Our client base also includes National Sports Teams, Schools and Colleges (based in the UK and overseas) as well as Business and Leisure groups.

For your complete ‘peace of mind’ and reassurance, we are fully bonded with ABTA (Association of British Travel Agents), ATOL (Air Travel Organisers Licence) and IATA (International Air Transport Association.

Group Travel constitutes a minimum of 10 passengers travelling together and when booking with ‘scheduled’ airlines carries many benefits in terms of flexibility with name changes and passenger numbers. ‘Low-cost’ airlines operate in a different way and some will accept a group booking on receipt of full payment allowing names to be provided at a later date, whilst others require full payment and names at the time of booking. We will always endeavour to provide you with the relevant group booking terms and conditions, together with our quotations so you can make an informed decision.
